KWV Consulting Limited is led by its managing director Karen Walters. Karen is a PRINCE 2 accredited Change, Programme and Project Manager with over 20 years experience. Most prominently, in her recent engagements she has utilised core skills in:

• Organisational redesign

• Change management

• Enterprise programme management

• Programme office design, governance and delivery

 

Karen has worked all over the globe, gaining experience in many sectors including financial services, ecommerce, intellectual property, legal services and software services. Her recent work projects have been with Crestbridge, RBSI, State Street, Feelunique and CPA Global.

 

Through her career Karen has honed her skills, tailoring her approach to businesses, cultures and stakeholders. She adds value by quickly understanding the problem, challenge or opportunity and proactively developing options and solutions for success.
